Ingredients:

1 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed

1½ cups broccoli florets

1 small tomato, sliced (optional)

1/4 cup shredded cheese (non-fat mozzarella or cheddar)

2 tbsp Greek yogurt or low-fat cream

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Steam the broccoli

Lightly steam broccoli for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.

Combine ingredients

In a bowl, mix together the chicken, broccoli, tomato (if using), Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the bake

Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

Bake

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbling.
