Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt (0 pts)

2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (like PB2) – 1 pt

2 tbsp light cream cheese (like Philadelphia 1/3 less fat) – 2 pts

2 tbsp sugar-free whipped topping (like Cool Whip Light) – 0 pts

1 tbsp Truvia or monk fruit sweetener – 0 pts

1/2 tsp vanilla extract – 0 pts

Pinch of salt (optional but makes it taste more PB-y)

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and sweetener until smooth.

Add in the Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir until creamy.

Fold in the whipped topping until just blended.

Divide into 4 small ramekins or jars.

Chill for 1 hour (or freeze for 15 minutes if impatient like me).

Optional: Top with a sprinkle of crushed graham cracker, mini chocolate chips, or a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup (adjust points as needed).
