Ingredients:
• ½ cup non-fat cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup almond flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• Dash of cinnamon

Instructions:
• Mix all ingredients in a blender.
• Scoop small rounds into hot non-stick skillet.
• Cook 2–3 min per side until golden.
