Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 cup non-fat shredded mozzarella
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in chicken and cheese. Pour mixture into a greased small baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden on top and set in the middle. Slice and serve warm.
