Weight Watchers Zero Point Strawberry Fat Bombs

Summer is the best period of the year for my opinion. I’m doing WW for years now and always trying to find and make some new WW summer recipes, This Zero point strawberry fat bombs are one of my favorite recipe.. Easy, quick and delicious, freezes very well also.

1 WW Point per serving treat (or 0 points depending on batch size).
Ingredients

 1 cup Fat-Free Greek Yogurt (0 WW Points)

 8 oz Fat-Free or Light Cream Cheese, softened (approx. 4–6 WW Points for the whole block)

 1 packet (0.3 oz) Sugar-Free Strawberry Gelatin Mix (0 WW Points)

 1/2 cup Fresh or frozen strawberries, finely diced (0 WW Points)

 1-2 tbsp Zero-calorie powdered sweetener (e.g., Erythritol or Stevia), adjusted to taste

Instructions

1. Combine: In a medium bowl, beat the softened light cream cheese and fat-free Greek yogurt together until completely smooth.

2. Flavor: Mix in the sugar-free strawberry gelatin powder and sweetener until thoroughly blended and uniform in color. Fold in the finely chopped strawberries.

3. Portion: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to drop tablespoon-sized bites onto the sheet (aim for around 20–24 bites).

4. Chill: Freeze for at least 1–2 hours until firm. Store them in an airtight container or freezer bag in the freezer.
