Zero Sugar, No Flour WW Oat & Banana Bread

  • Makes 8 big thick chunky slices, and No Oil
  • It’s excellent for freezing in ziplock bags so you can grab and go as you head out the door
  • Its naturally sweetened with the perfect amount of sweetness and lots of banana flavor. No added sugar banana bread and it’s dairy free!
  • Avoid the sugar high you get from traditional sugar laden banana bread

Choosing the right bananas: the more overripe the bananas the better. If they have a few brown spots then they’re perfect.

Sweetener: I used Golden Earth Brown Granulated Sweetener. It looks just like brown sugar and has the same consistency and taste but without the calories.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup blended oats (blend rolled oats into oat flour)
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener if you like it sweeter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  4. Mix in eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.
  5. Add blended oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined.
  6. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 40–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing.

WW Points (Approx.)

  • About 1–2 WW points per slice depending on your plan and slice size
  • Makes 8 slices

Tips Add extra cinnamon for stronger banana bread flavor A few sugar-free chocolate chips can be added for slightly more points. Tastes amazing chilled in the fridge overnight 🤍
