Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini (grated)
2 eggs
½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
2–3 tbsp oat flour or almond flour
salt & pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
For the filling:
turkey slices
cheese slices (mozzarella, provolone, or cheddar)
How to Make Them
Grate zucchini and squeeze out the extra liquid.
Mix zucchini with eggs, shredded cheese, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread the mixture into thin round flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden.
Add turkey and cheese between two flatbreads and cook a few minutes until the cheese melts.
Crispy outside.
Cheesy inside.
