Non-fat plain Greek yogurt (0) (for the record I think it’s kind of nasty unless it’s really sweetened and this really sweetened it). 2 teaspoons Splenda syrup. (start with one. It’s pretty sweet.) 1 tablespoon naked peanut butter powder with salt added. (0)(This is also nasty without salt and sweetener but tasty with it.) 1/4 cup sugar-free granola. (2) Just a nice change from eggs.
