Ingredients:

– 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of chicken soup

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

– 1/4 cup chopped cooked chicken

– 1/4 cup ranch dressing

– 1 can (8 ounces) crescent roll dough

Directions:
