Ingredients:
– 1 can of tuna (drained)
– 1 cda. of non-fat cream cheese
– 1 cda. of mustard
– 1 cda. of Greek yogurt
– 1-2 pickles (chopped)
– 1⁄2 small onion (chopped)
– Perezil to taste
– Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 slices of bread
– 2 cdas. of butter
– 4 cheese patties
Instructions:
1. Mix the tuna with cream cheese, mustard, Greek yogurt, pickles, onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. In a pan, melt 1 cda. butter and toast the bread slices on the side.
3. Spread the tuna mixture over the toasted side of each loaf.
4. Place a slice of cheese and cover with another slice of bread.
5. Add 1 cda. butter in the pan and golden the sandwiches 2-3 minutes on each side.
6. Serve hot and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
