Ingredients:

4 slices sourdough or rustic bread

4 slices non-fat fresh mozzarella cheese

1 large tomato, thinly sliced

Fresh basil leaves

2 tbsp butter (for grilling)

Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling

Directions:

Butter one side of each bread slice.

On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer mozzarella, tomato, and fresh basil.

Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.

Grill on a skillet over medium heat until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted (about 3–4 mins per side).

Slice and serve warm with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, if desired.
