Ingredients:

• 1½ cups almond flour

• 4 tsp substitute suger

• 2 tsp baking powder

• ½ tsp baking soda

• ½ tsp salt

• ¾ cup Greek yogurt

• ¼ cup oil

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

• Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl.

• In another, mix yogurt, oil, eggs, and vanilla.

• Combine wet and dry, then fold in berries.

• Scoop into muffin tin and bake 18–20 min.
