Ingredients:
• 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
• 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
• 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
• Blend half the berries with yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla.
• Stir in the remaining whole or chopped berries.
• Pour into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
• Freeze for at least 4 hours.
