Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup grated cucumber
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped dill
8 large lettuce leaves
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced red onion
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, and dill to make the tzatziki sauce.
Lay out the lettuce leaves on a platter or board.
Fill each leaf with sliced grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
Spoon tzatziki sauce over each wrap.
Gently fold or roll the lettuce leaves to enclose the fillings.
