Cottage Cheese & Tomato Toast
Ingredients:
1 slice of sourdough or rustic bread
2 tbsp cottage cheese
2 slices of fresh tomato
1 tsp balsamic glaze
½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
½ tsp olive oil (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toast the bread until golden brown and crispy.
Spread a generous layer of cottage cheese over the toasted bread.
Place the tomato slices on top.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
