Ingredients:

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 2/3 cup butter (I can’t believe it’s not batter), melted
  • 2/3 cup erythritol
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Beat together butter and erythritol in a bowl.
  3. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Mix into a wet ingredients.
  5. Weigh out 25-gram portions of the dough and roll into balls. Flatten slightly and arrange in a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  6. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
  7. Take out of the oven and leave on a cooling rack for a few minutes.
