Ingredients:
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 2/3 cup butter (I can’t believe it’s not batter), melted
- 2/3 cup erythritol
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Beat together butter and erythritol in a bowl.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Mix into a wet ingredients.
- Weigh out 25-gram portions of the dough and roll into balls. Flatten slightly and arrange in a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and leave on a cooling rack for a few minutes.
