Ingredients:

1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust

2 large roasted red peppers, sliced

100g feta cheese, crumbled

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 handful fresh basil leaves, torn

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.

Brush flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly.

Arrange roasted red pepper slices over the flatbread.

Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until flatbread is crispy and cheese is slightly melted.

Remove from oven and scatter fresh basil leaves over the flatbread.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Slice and serve warm.
