Instruction:
-1 block softened cream cheese
-1 packet of dry Ranch mix
-Black ground pepper(optional)
-1 pack of Low Carb Tortillas(my favorite are the Mission Carb Balance Spinach Herb)
-Provolone cheese(I used Sargento ultra thin)
-Sliced Cheddar Cheese(I fold in half to cover the opposite side of the 2 provolone slices)
-Turkey &/or Ham
Direction:
Mix the cream cheese with the dry Ranch packet & a little black ground pepper very well. Spread on tortilla, place 2 provolone & one slice of cheddar cheese, top with 2-3 slices of Turkey/Ham. Fold two sides a little, then roll from one of the non folded ends.(it’ll look like a burrito) Slice however thick you want the pinwheels.
They’re best after refrigerated for a little while.
*I don’t add the whole packet of ranch seasoning that the recipe calls for. Add a little at a time, mix well and taste it until it’s to your liking!
