Ingredients:

2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, peanuts, pecans, etc.)

1½ cups chocolate chips (dark, milk, or semi-sweet)

1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother texture)

Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl (30-second intervals, stirring in between).

Stir in nuts until well coated.

Drop spoonfuls onto the parchment paper.

Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.

Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
