Ingredients
- 1½ lb. of Chicken Tenderloins
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoons of Milk
- 1 cup of all-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Drizzle the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
- Crack the egg in a bowl.
- Then add the milk, salt and pepper and whisk it well.
- Combine the flour, salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of paprika in a shallow bowl. Mix it well.
- Combine the panko breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of paprika in another shallow bowl. Mix it well.
- Take a chicken tender.
- Dredge it in the all-purpose flour mix. Shake off the excess.
- Dip it in the egg mix.
- Then coat it completely with the panko breadcrumb mix.
- Keep it aside on a wire rack.
- Repeat with all the chicken tenders.
- Then place slices in the lightly greased air fryer basket, in a single layer.
- Lightly spray the crumb-coated tenders.
- Air fry at 370 F for 14 minutes, flipping at the halfway mark (at 7 minutes).
- Repeat with all the prepared chicken tenders.
- Serve hot with ketchup or ranch.
