- 1/2 cup (112 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite, equal to 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder, not alkalized
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Glaze
- 3/4 cup (4.5 oz) dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
Method
- Heat the oven to 350°F and grease 10 silicone donut cavities.
- Whisk eggs, butter, milk, and stevia; whisk in coconut flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda.
- Fill cavities three-quarters full. Bake about 17 minutes, until set, a toothpick is clean, and centers reach 160°F (71°C). Cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring each time; mix in avocado oil.
- Release donuts, dip in glaze, and let set about 30 minutes. Optional toppings include coconut, nuts, or melted peanut butter.
