Here’s my go-to base:

1 egg white, ½ cup shredded mozzarella, 1 tbsp non-fat cottage cheese, and a sprinkle of garlic powder.

I used them to make a Turkey Avocado Melt — stacked with sliced turkey, a little cheddar, avocado, and sugar-free honey mustard.

I used to think I’d never find a real substitute for wraps or bread… until I made egg white Waffles — total game changer!
