Ingredients:

– 1 cup rolled oats

– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

– 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup

– 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

 Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, almond milk, water, sugar-free maple syrup, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until well combined.

3. Gently fold in blueberries.

4. Pour mixture into a 9×9-inch baking dish.

5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and lightly golden brown.

6. Cut into slices and serve warm.
