  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: Chocolate chips or a square of chocolate in the center for a molten surprise
