Ingredients
- 75 grams coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener
- 50 grams chocolate chips
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Peel the bananas, place them in a large bowl, and mash them with a fork.
- Add the coconut flour, sweetener, chocolate chips, and eggs. Mix well.
- Let the mixture stand for 1 minute so the coconut flour can absorb more liquid.
- Divide the dough into 16 balls and arrange them on the prepared tray.
- Flatten each ball with the back of a fork.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden with no wet dough in the centers and the centers reach 160°F (71°C).
