INGREDIENTS

  • 75 g Sukrin Coconut Flour for 10.5 syns
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
  • 50 g Chocolate Chips for 12 syns
  • 2  Bananas mashed – if you choose to syn this it’s 4 per 100g
  • 2  Eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel the bananas and put them in a large bowl. Mash with a fork
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together well
  3. Allow to stand for a minute to allow the coconut flour to absorb some more of the liquid
  4. Make into 16 balls and arrange on a baking tray lined with baking parchment
  5. Flatten each ball with the back of a fork to give the top a line effect
  6. Bake for 25 mins on 180°C or until golden
