  • 1 cup of room temp egg whites,
  • 3/4 tsp cream of tartar,
  • 1 tsp birthday cake extract
  • 1/6 cup of lakanto monk fruit sweetener.

    Instructions:
    Whip until stiff peaks form then “plop” onto parchment paper.
    Bake for 20-30 min at 350° (watch after 20 min so they don’t burn) They turned out great! Light and airy with a hint of vanilla cake flavor.
