Ingredients:

40g porridge oats, 1 egg , a teaspoon vanilla extract , 4 tbsp natural yogurt , 1tbsp sweetener 

Directions:

mix all together and then spoon a bit of the mix into a silicone mold add the choc shot then use the mix to cover the choc shot and bake in the oven 180 for around 15 to 20 mins
