Since my other post WW Low Point Dessert Hacks post is doing so well and also gets a lot of hate for some reason…. I decided to make a part 2 of that post called Low Point Snack Hacks. Why does that post get a lot of hate? I have a few ideas and it’s because a lot of people think you can’t have treats like that and still be able to lose weight. Guess what you can! WW members themselves have created ideas like these to help them lose weight and help keep it off for good.

I added some savory snack ideas to this post and a few sweet baked treats that look absolutely divine. If you’re looking for more low point snack ideas on WW check out my post called Low Point Snacks They are all store bought ingredients that don’t have to be made or mixed together.

Quick and easy recipes like these (I don’t even know if you’d call these recipes) are awesome and they don’t require much thought to the recipe. Most of them just require a bowl to mix all the ingredients in.

6oz container of plain nonfat Greek yogurt mixed with Lipton Onion Soup mix recipe. If only using one container add only a few tablespoons of the soup mix to the yogurt and stir. Good with fresh vegetables. Taco seasoning and Ranch seasoning are also good mixed with plain Greek Yogurt.
