• 1 ½ sticks (¾ cup) of butter.
  • Melted chocolate bark for dipping.
  • 16 ounces of peanut butter.
  • 1 lb of confectioners’ sugar.

Instructions :

In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, butter and peanut butter and roll into balls.

Insert a toothpick in every ball and freeze for 25 to3 0 minutes.

Once the balls are chilled, dip them into the melted chocolate and arrange them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family does.
