Dinky Donuts! Dusted in sugar and cinnamon ready to dip in chocolate sauce or sticky toffee. 1.1/2syns per 8 Dinky Donuts!
This recipe made 48 Dinky Donuts and would serve 6 at 8 per portion…

Dinky Donuts.
1. 1/2 Syns per 8 Donuts
25g of self Raising flour (4syns)
1tsp of baking powder (1/2syn)
1tbs of natvia baking blend sweetener (1/2syn)
2 large eggs separated
1tsp of vanilla essence
1tbs of vanilla skinny syrup
Topping
5tsp of caster sugar (5syns)
1/2tsp of Cinnamon
Spritz of Butter frylight
Sift together the flour sweetener and baking powder. Mix in the yolks, flavouring and skinny syrup.
Whisk the egg whites with an electric whisk until stiff.
Gently fold into the mixture.
Spray your donut moulds with frylight and divide the mixture between each hole. . Bake in a preheated oven at 160 for 10mins. Allow to cool a little before turning out.
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Lightly spritz the tops of the donuts with Butter frylight and dip in the sugar cinnamon. Enjoy!
