INGREDIENTS
- 400 g 5% Pork Mince
- 1/2 Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Thyme freshly chopped or dried
- 1/2 tsp Sage freshly chopped or dried
- 1 tsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 Egg for the filling
- 1 Egg beaten for glazing
- 3 Weight Watchers Wraps 1 wrap equals 1 HEB or 6 Syns
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
- Low-Calorie Cooking Spray
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
- Place the mince in a large bowl
- Add all the rest of the ingredients, (apart from 1 Egg) and mix thoroughly
- Spray a baking tray with some Low Calorie Cooking Spray
- Divide the sausage meat into 6 equal sausage shapes
- Place the sausages on the baking tray and cook for 15 minutes
- Remove them from the oven and leave them to cool so they are cool enough to handle
- Lay a Weight Watchers Wrap flat and brush all over the the top with the beaten egg
- Place 2 sausages at one end and roll them up tightly in the wrap
- Cut in half. You can cut the ends off the wrap just to tidy them up a little
- Place the 6 sausage rolls on the baking tray and brush each one with the remaining beaten egg
- Place them on the prepared baking tray and cook for another 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving
