Ingredients:

– 1 Cut Da Carb flatbread

– 6 oz sliced deli Italian beef

– ½ cup au jus gravy (store-bought or homemade)

– 2 slices provolone cheese

– 2 tbsp hot giardiniera (optional, for spice and flavor)

– Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions:

1️⃣Prepare the Beef

– Heat the Italian beef in a medium pot with the au jus gravy over medium heat. If using, stir in the giardiniera for added spice and flavor.

– Heat until the meat is warmed through but not boiling.

2️⃣Drain the Beef

– Remove the beef from the gravy and place it on a paper towel to drain excess liquid to avoid soggy wraps.

3️⃣Assemble the Wrap

– Lay the flatbread flat and place a slice of provolone cheese in the center.

– Add the drained beef on top, followed by giardiniera (if using), and another slice of provolone cheese.

– Fold the flatbread tightly like a burrito, ensuring all sides are sealed.

4️⃣Cook Until Crispy

– Lightly brush the outside of the wrap with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.

– Air Fryer Method: Place the wrap in the air fryer at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

– Oven Method: Bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.

– Stovetop Method: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil, and pan-fry the wrap until browned on all sides.
