Frozen Greek Yogurt Chocolate Chip Bites

These frozen Greek-yogurt chocolate-chip bites are portioned with a small cookie scoop or tablespoon and frozen until firm. The recipe makes six servings and needs at least two to three hours in the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup or preferred zero-calorie sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips, such as Lily’s or ChocZero
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips, optional

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and make room for it in the freezer.
  2. Whisk the Greek yogurt, sugar-free maple syrup or sweetener, and vanilla together in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips and optional mini chocolate chips, distributing them evenly.
  4. Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion the mixture onto the lined sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least 2–3 hours, or until the portions are completely firm.
  6. Serve the frozen bites directly from the freezer.

Keep the portions similar in size so they freeze at the same rate. If they become too firm to bite comfortably, let them stand briefly before serving.
