1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (adds protein & creaminess)
1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup (or your favorite zero-calorie sweetener)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (for a classic ice cream flavor)
2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips (such as Lily’s or ChocZero)
1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional, for extra crunch!)
Instructions
Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, sugar-free syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
Scoop into balls: Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully set.
