  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels (about 4 ears)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the butter and let it melt.
  3. Add the corn kernels to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly golden.
  4. Stir in the honey, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired.
  6. Serve hot.
