Fettuccine Alfredo with Miracle Noodles 

This is two weight watchers points for the entire recipe!

So I’m a get bored easily kind of girl. I tend to make things up as I go.
I made this up 😂😂

It’s pretty Darn good.
I will say “miracle noodles” are not attractive when they come out of the package they’re kind of clearish, but they’re just like tofu no taste but they absolutely absorb the taste of whatever sauce you mix them with.
So keep that in mind if you want to try them. The texture..some people may like some might not. It reminds me of carbnada pasta 🍝 so it’s very al dente.

I would imagine you can substitute “any”of these ingredients & make this your own recipe. For me, this is pretty delicious & very filling. I’m eating quite a lot for two points. All ingredients purchased at Publix Hamilton in Mill. 

Ingredients
Miracle Noodle Organic Ready to Eat Fettuccine Style Noodles
7 oz
The Laughing Cow Creamy Garlic and Herb Spreadable Cheese Wedges
2 wedge(s)
Califia Farms Pure toasted coconut
almond milk blend
1/4 cup(s)
Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Salad dressing and seasoning mix
11⁄2 tsp
Dash Everything but the salt seasoning blend 1 Tbsp
Garlic powder
2 tsp
Fage Total 0% Nonfat Greek strained yogurt plain
3 Tbsp

Instructions
1 Be sure to drain noodles well and pat dry.
2 Add noodles to skillet. Then add with the rest of the ingredients. Heat fir about five minutes, stirring frequently until all the laughing cow cheese is melted
3 Enjoy
