Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour: 2 tbsp.
- Granulated sugar: 1/2 tbsp.
- Blueberries: 2/3 cup.
- Lemon juice: 1/2 tbsp.
- Baking powder: 1/4 tsp.
- Salt.
- Milk: 2 teaspoons.
Instructions:
- Warm the microwave to 375 °F, or 190 °C.
- The blueberries should be put inside a little ramekin.
- Add the lemon juice and stir, then also add the sugar to it.
- Put aside.
- In a different small bowl, combine the flour, powder for baking, sugar, and salt.
- Once the dough is smooth, add the milk and mix again.
- Evenly cover the blueberries with dough.
- Bake it for 25 to 28 minutes while the upper layer of the dough is brown.
- Serve warm with a spoonful of vanilla ice cream.
