80g granulated sweetner.
Whisk egg whites to a stiff peak. In the other bowl add all other ingredients to the yolks – mix till a smooth paste then fold in the egg whites. Put in brownie pan or muffin tin and cook at 180 degrees for 15 – 20 mins. xx
