1 pack of light puff pastry

4 x tbsp sweetener

4 x tbsp cinnamon

4 x tbsp icing sugar


Phereat Oven.

Cut pastry lengthways making two sheets.

Mix together sweetener and cinnamon with a little water into a paste consistency.

Spread the mixture evenly between the sheets and then roll and place it into the freezer for 15 mins to slightly harden.

Remove and gently slice into 30 pieces, then place on the greaseproof paper and apply egg wash.

Cook for 20-25 mins 180 degrees until golden brown. Let them cool completely.

Mix together the icing sugar and little water into a paste and then drizzle on top
