Take one banana and split longways. Scoop about 1/2 cup fage total 0 Greek plain yogurt in between the banana. Top the yogurt with some blueberries (i keep a ziplock bag of fresh blueberries in my freezer- took a handful out and microwaved them in a small glass bowl about 30-40 seconds just until the juice comes out a bit). I topped the yogurt with the blueberries then topped them with some almond whip (up to 6 tbs 1 point). Next I drizzled 1/2 tbs each of sugar free caramel (pyure brand) & sugar free chocolate sauce (pyure brand).
