Ingredients:
• 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp lemon juice
Topping:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• ¼ cup almond flour
• ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
• ¼ cup melted coconut oil
• 2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
• ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Toss blueberries with zero-calorie sweetener, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a baking dish.
• In a bowl, mix oats, flour, nuts, oil, sweetener, and cinnamon.
• Sprinkle topping over the berries.
• Bake 25–30 minutes until topping is golden and berries are bubbling.
• Let cool slightly before serving.
