Ingredients:
2 (5 oz) cans tuna in water, drained
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
¼ cup red onion, finely diced
¼ cup celery, finely diced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or dill
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mash the avocado until mostly smooth.
Add the Greek yogurt and lemon juice, and mix until well combined and creamy.
Stir in the tuna, breaking it up with a fork as you mix.
Fold in the red onion and celery.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add Dijon or fresh herbs if using.
Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.

Stuff into lettuce wraps or avocado halves
Serve on whole grain crackers or cucumber slices
