Garlic Parmesan Almond Flour Flatbreads

These four garlic-Parmesan flatbreads use almond flour, eggs, olive oil, and baking powder. Optional oregano and basil can be added to the dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano, optional
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil, optional
  • Melted butter or olive oil, optional for brushing
  • Chopped fresh parsley, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk the almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, Parmesan, and optional dried herbs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Add the eggs and olive oil to the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
  5. Place each portion on the prepared sheet and flatten it into a thin flatbread shape.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the edges are golden, the flatbreads are cooked through, and the centers reach 160°F (71°C).
  7. If desired, brush with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
