For all you chocoholics & cake addicts out there…I love this recipe with a cup of tea and that’s my fix for the day.
Minutes to Prepare: 5Minutes to Cook: 6Number of Servings: 6
Pour boiling water over the all bran in a large bowl and let it soak through. Mix thoroughly.
Add eggs, cocoa powder and sweetener and beat the mixture until it’s all combined.
Pour into a plastic bowl and smooth the top with a knife or spoon.
Microwave (yes, that’s right) on high for 6 minutes.
Turn the cake unto a plate, cut into 6 slices and enjoy.
I sometimes add raisins to this recipe. Remember to factor in the extra calories. You could also serve it cold with low-fat plain yogurt.
